Room very spacious and also location very convenient

Poor cleanliness. Of course need maintenance. Interior very old

I like how accessible it was to public transportation, and fastfood chains. Room and bathroom were clean. Bed was comfortable.

No swimming pool or any other recreational room.

One of the front receptionist apparently is unable to speak/understand Bahasa Malaysia and he's rather unreasonable/poor customer service.

The door lift closing very quick - dangerous ,Room floor peels off, no telephone in the room, no mini fridge, water presure for shower very low, internet password could not connect, no bath towel, have to ask for bath towel

I used to stay at this property but I really think this hotel needs renovation, the shower was very bad at toilet . And at midnight the cleaners took the things and the area was noisy and unable to sleep

reception staffs are supportive.I booked 9 days. On morning of day 6th, I need to check out to move to other city (due to work). In the evening of same day, I asked them, can I check in again, they kindly accepted. I feel very grateful for it.

1st, my credit card got hacked.When i tried to use my computer to access hotel wifi, my computer keep shut down. i got an alert to my phone chrome brower, saying that there is unusual high amount of traffic to my IP address. It is good that my PC blocked all the unsecured wifi network to prevent it from further risk. But I did not caution enough. I still use my phone to access the wifi internet. As a result of 1 hour zoom call, shortly after that, I got notification that there was 3 withdraws from my credit card. The store was UBER EAT. Maybe it is not problem with only this hotel wifi. The lesson is: I should not access public wifi in Malaysia.2nd, I lost my lovely shirt.I remember that I hang my dark blue shirt tightly in the hanger, next to my yellow shirt. When I came back from work, it disappeared. I decided to forgive the person who took it, the management staff did not take the case seriously. But I still need to let other people know, that it can be unsafe for their belongings.

I like how clean the room is, the floor, the mattress, the toilet, and the whole place. At first i was skeptical reading all the bad reviews in Google, but when i arrived and step in the room everything was great, clean and in good condition. Bfr check in i requested for the room the be clean bcs my friend is allergic to dust and bed bugs and kudos to the hotel my room is clean and im very satisfied! I hope you guys keep up the cleanliness, bcs i had a very pleasant stay and i would like to repeat again.

Parking is quite hard to find and risky as theres no designated parking area for customers but all is well. But my friend said the lift was quite scary bcs the door shut off so quickly ?

I had a wonderful stay at SCC City Hotel City Centre in Kuala Lumpur! The staff was absolutely fantastic—kind, friendly, and attentive, making me feel right at home. The value for money was excellent, offering great quality at an affordable price. The location was also ideal, with easy access to the train station, making it simple to explore the city. I am a regular guest to the hotel, the price is affordablefor short stays. It is very much comfortable.

The quality of the rooms is dropping days by day, This time the room stinks so bad " and there were no TV available and the customer services call line is not answerable, I called a few times and no one picked up the call.

Good Location,Near to MRT.Paid Parking in VIVO nearby.Good Communication skills of the Pakistani staff at the counter.

Drainage issue in the room that I stayed.The Room is full of bad smell of the toilet drainage which makes me unable to stay there.When I complaint to the staff he contacted the Maintenance which didnt show up as it was already night.And I was told that I need to stay in the room and wait for the next day for him to come or I need to shift to the higher floor room and the lift is also out of order that time.The Pakistani staff try to help but he cant do much with the terrible management.They even told that they already knew the room have the odor problem but didnt inform me prior thinking that I wont extend my stay the next night.After read thru the other reviews then only realized that the drainage odor smell also an issue in other rooms and they didnt solve it for a long time. I waited for for hours to get a smaller replacement room.I dont recommend the place.

the elevator brokedown for 2 weeks pending repair . i had to climb up 2 floor to my room .. what a hassle

The room smells bad if I hang a wet towel, the mineral water provided is not enough, no toiletries such as soap, toothpaste and shampoo are provided, the elevator is not functioning.

Nothing to like about. Only one person he was helping in Copy Center.

Everything is under like. Copy center wasn't open to customer to print or use computer what l need. Room doesnt have refrigerator. There was only a kettle to boil wate to drink or use for something. First room they gave me there was no internet, later I changed my room to use internet. Internet was only working strongly at the lobby. The room wasnot clean. No wardrobe. People usually use for one night pleasure. Terrible.

It is considered worth the price as for a budget hotel. Spacious hotel lobby for a budget hotel. Room condition is a bit old. But it is OK if just for a few hours sleep over the night. Credit must be given to the front desk staff, Mr. Low. He is polite, helpful, responsive & approachable. He pays attention to hotel guest's needs. SCC Hotel Management must reward him for representing the good image of SCC Hotel. Keep it up the good work, Mr. Low !

Room condition has to be a little bit improved though the hotel rate is cheap.
